Kid to kid franchise

Kid to kid franchise is a children’s resale business. It was opened in 1992 at Sandy, Utah by Shaun Sloan together with Brent who is her husband. She got the idea  after  visiting  a resale  store and  she noted that  the  second  hand  store  had  a  chic clientele. Shaun  was  convinced  that the  resale  concept still had a lot  of potential  that had  not  been  full maximized.

She  prepared to  create  a  resale  format  that  involved  traveling  across the country to  visit  different stores  and have a  conversation with the customers , owners and  the  managers. It is after this exercise that the couple opened the store.  Within an year, they   opened another store. In 1994, they opened   the first franchise store.

Kid to kid franchise does things in a different way from the way other franchisors operate. One of the things that it does in a different way is calling and considering franchisees ‘owners.’ The franchisor considers the franchisees to be the exclusive owners of the locations and an extension of the company values. The   owners are also customers of the franchisor hence all their need are meet. This is because they are the ones who hold directly making the company to achieve growth and success.
